THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH SUCH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF HANGRY JOE'S HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
